How 33 Dispatch collects, uses, and protects personal data — written plainly, because clarity is kind of our thing.

01Who we are

DRP2 LTD trading as 33 Dispatch (“33 Dispatch”, “we”, “us”), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. 33 Dispatch is a collateral partner for distributor-led B2B manufacturers: we create, dispatch, and maintain distributor-facing materials — labels, safety data sheets, brochures, decks, and regional variants — and monitor their currency and compliance across our clients’ channels.

02What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service and the business:

  • Enquiry and booking details — your name, work email, phone number, company, and role when you book an introductory call or contact us.
  • Client project materials — briefs, brand assets, product information, and documents you share with us so we can create, update, and dispatch your collateral.
  • Correspondence — emails, call notes, and messages exchanged while we work together.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you visit this website.

03How we use it

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and schedule introductory calls.
  • Deliver the service — creating, dispatching, and maintaining your collateral, and monitoring distributor-facing materials for outdated or non-compliant versions on your documented instructions.
  • Manage our commercial relationship — contracts, invoicing, and account administration.
  • Meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

04A note on compliance monitoring

Our channel monitoring reviews distributor-facing materials against your source of truth. This work is performed on your behalf and under your instructions. It is directed at documents, versions, and product information — not at individuals. Where business contact details of your distributors’ staff appear in that work, we process them only as needed to deliver the service.

05Lawful bases

Under the UK GDPR we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract or steps toward one (delivering the service, responding to enquiries); our legitimate interests (running and improving the business, keeping records of our work together); compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory); and consent where we explicitly ask for it.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example scheduling, email, cloud storage, and accounting providers — each bound by appropriate data processing terms, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

07International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy regulations or the UK’s international data transfer agreements.

08How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless a working relationship follows. Client records, project files, and correspondence are kept for the duration of our engagement plus the statutory retention periods that apply to commercial and accounting records.

09Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10Cookies

This website does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. It uses only strictly necessary technical storage. You can review this at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
